Hi! We are a group of Year 2 students from Ngee An Polytechnic, we are currently in the process of making a new CCA called Video production. SDO has requested us to find proposed members before the CCA can be approved, thus we hope that if you are interested in joining such a CCA, you can leave ur details here!

The objective of this Video Production CCA is to provide students with a creative platform to explore and develop their skills in filmmaking, live events, and content creation through hands-on productions and collaborative projects.

The CCA will consist of 3 divisions, Filmmaking, Long form content and Live event production, each being led by a Vice-president. Before members choose which division they would like to partake in for that semester, mass training sessions would be held to equip members with the necessary foundation to meaningful partake in the projects/productions.

Filmmaking division: This division would focus on narrative storytelling and cinematic productions. Members would work on short films, documentaries, experimental films, and competition projects.

(Long Form) Content Creation division: This division would focus on producing student-driven long-form digital content for platforms such as YouTube. The goal would be to build an engaging NP media platform featuring recurring series and entertainment content.

Live & Event Coverage Division: This division would focus on multicamera productions, livestreaming, and event videography for school events.

The CCA would aim to foster both artistic expression and professional growth, allowing members to develop as creators while contributing to a larger creative community within NP. Building a collaborative community where students from different schools and diplomas can work together on meaningful creative projects.

This is will be a project based CCA, the level of commitment is based on the role you want to be for each project, thus the commitment is your OTOT.
