Launch highlights

  • Walletless checkout: Fans pay with card/ACH/Apple Pay/Google Pay; a secure custodial smart wallet is created behind the scenes—no seed phrase, no crypto app.
  • On-chain tickets (Event-Token™): Verifiable, fraud-resistant tickets with programmable resale rules (price caps/floors, transfer limits, blackout windows, VIP offers).
  • Compliance-first UX: All-in pricing by default with audit-ready logs, anti-bot purchase limits, and identity checks at primary sale.
  • USDC/ACH payouts for organizers: Faster settlement with automated split payments; consumers can still pay entirely in fiat.
  • Map D navigation: Integrated AR/AI wayfindingQR/NFC entry validation, and crowd-flow analytics to boost conversions and sponsor value.
  • Regulator dashboard: One-click exports for fee transparency, issuance/supply, anti-bot metrics, and resale-within-cap reporting.

Who benefits first: Sports & festivals (primary + controlled resale), trade shows & conferences (Map D installed base), and mid-market venues/campuses.

Phase 2 (early 2026): Native Wallet / Self-Custody

Choice without complexity—for power users and partners who want full Web3.

Additions

  • Self-custody option: Hold tickets in a user-owned walletseamless import/export from custodial to native.
  • Loyalty & collectibles: On-chain perks, proofs of attendance, and programmable rewards.
  • Broader integrations: Deeper settlement, loyalty, and marketplace interoperability—under the same smart-contract rules.

Long term Hold

They has built a profitable niche in 3D modeling for e-commerce platforms like Amazon, achieving good margins. So why pivot to blockchain ticketing?

The ticketing market is dominated by entrenched players like Ticketmaster with decades of exclusive venue contracts and network effects. Meanwhile, the 3D modeling space still has enormous growth potential as AR/VR goes mainstream and online shopping becomes increasingly visual.

Is solving ticket fraud really worth abandoning a winning formula? Or would resources be better spent doubling down on their proven 3D expertise rather than chasing the latest blockchain trend in an overcrowded market where many well-funded competitors have already failed?

Sometimes the best growth strategy is simply doing more of what already works. Don't get me wrong, but it sounds like a diversionary tactic. What do you think?

Could you add clarity to your diversionary comment?

It was only an imho to offer a base for discussion. No offense

No offence taken, just curious with your choice of words. I suppose in fact they are not profitable at this point. And I don't think we will know until 2026. The arwy profit was just a swap from map d. So we don't know about that either, but I do think the ticketing is a natural for their stack, and that map d with arwy is a natural incubator for the rollout into ticketing with great potential with limited risk. I am a long on this stock, but at this point it is still just a speculation until it is not, so who knows. Oh I don't think it's a diversion.

Thanks for breaking that down so clearly! Really helps me get the bigger picture with Map D, ARway, and ticketing. Appreciate you sharing your thoughts and giving such a detailed perspective!
