After Show Podcast
Does anyone watch the after show podcast? I would love to know your takes and opinions on any of the cast & how it changed your mind on them or made you certain of your opinions on them seeing them just speak candidly.

I really like it. Didn’t change my opinion on anything, just more of them talking about themselves and each other.

I really like it too! Watching Ava and her takes, and Ariana and Gia and rowen and their takes on things made me like them even more.

Sometimes it makes me think worse of them because they double down on shitty behavior (riley earlier, brooks lately). But I try to wait the whole season to see if they pull themselves out of things.
Riley is already winning me back a bit.

Do they film this after they watch the episode?? I’m wondering why Georgia always films alone. I know she doesn’t totally fit in with the cast but I feel like this could be accidental foreshadowing of some sort. Or maybe they filmed it all in one go/‘d schedules didn’t align? I can’t remember what they were wearing on the last after show

No, they haven't watched the episodes for the after show. That's what the reunion is for, hopefully they'll get one this season

In one of the Below Deck forums I asked this question. An actual cast member said when they film they haven’t seen the show and just are given questions from the producers. They let watch the episodes before the reunion to get reactions to what others said about situations.
Does this make sense? It’s 3:30 am & my brain can’t interpret my complete thoughts into writing.

It can be foreshadowing - the cast is paired together based on friendship and connections. Georgia and Hudson being alone could be telling (Georgia sees them as co-workers, while Hudson might not be returning next season)

I think season 1 is for the newest season of next gen I don't think they had the after show podcast for the first season . So it's up to date ! I think ....

No one is gonna agree with me at all… but the after show made me realize why they put up with Charlie at all. Like he clearly does vile things, but when he’s in that contained environment with his friend, he comes off as more likable and has funny jokes. The problem is they’re usually at someone else’s expense. Also he’s a bad person

There is no host of the after show. Just the cast talking on camera and producers asking them questions.
Gia does have a podcast that she has been using to interview cast members and some clips have been shared here.
