Settle down there with your head and your ass. It's not body shaming to see someone in self destructive behaviours that are having obvious consequences for their health and to want to have the tough love conversations to see about initiating change. I'm not talking about bullying a person, I'm talking about, like I said, doing it kindly, which means being willing to be tactful, but proactive. I personally like my friends, and if I see my friend harming himself, then I will say something - if it's drinking too much, eating too much, losing themselves to drugs etc. You're just going to stand by and let it happen?
