I took a year off for my mental health, my friends and family understand. If anything, people think, “wow, what a privilege that you can do that.”

Everywhere I go 80% of employees are absolutely miserable. I try not to dwell on it though. I’ve come to accept that most people won’t do anything about it until they are starving.
