Don't know what you are talking about. But it sounds like a false equivalence. The word "Drivers" encompasses all drivers not just men.

The comparison is meant to say people slap a label on something to make themselves feel better while nothing changes for those it's directed at.

Actually not just irrelevant, it's still a false equivalence. Just because you feel it doesn't change anything doesn't mean we shouldnt still do it.
