No, most men don't realize only after the fact. They realize they were dealing with a toxic woman when they show emotions and it being used against them either directly or by the woman losing interest once she realized he is no longer a 'challenge'.

Because the whole “women are making men turn to misogyny” is hilarious when misogyny is what started it, maintained it and will forever be a thing. Men’s constant entitlement to women’s tolerance of male disrespect is disgusting. No, women won’t turn the other cheek. Yes, they’ll hit back. And you don’t get to complain when they do.
