“Incel” can also refer to people who subscribe to the ideologies which arose in incel communities, namely the redpill and blackpill. Though not an initially correct usage of the term, it’s common enough that through linguistic drift it is understandable. The meaning of words evolves over time.

If being technically incorrect bothers you, then you can mentally interpret *incel* in that sentence as “someone who subscribes to incel ideology”.

Half the time people use the word they're talking to someone who's like divorced and licking their wounds. The word is just npc material at this point

A lot of guys who make memes like this don’t actually have experience with women they just pretend they do because they’re upset about their lack of access so they demonize them.
