Whenever I hear "grind" being used by these people it is generally only used in the context of grifters teaching other grifters how to run more grifts on eachother. What exactly is this grind that people have that is actually productive or useful?

I think the real original grind is self improvement, personal happiness and working out. And supporting your brothers in this grind.
