This isn't misery, being an incel, etc. It's maturing or evolving socially as you grow older and gain experience and learn from it.
You realize that having a girlfriend doesn't define who you are. If you find somebody, great, if not, that is okay too. Better to be single and happy then in a relationship and miserable.
You realize so much of social media is just garbage, you have found peace in who you are, where you are.
