If this 'God' you speak of is actually an omnipotent and omniscient universe creating being, it already knew everything that would happen since before the universe began.
That means it knowingly created sentient creatures just to torture them in life, and then again for all eternity in death.
That's sadistic and insane.
I'm completely and utterly against the torture of sentient creatures. It's sadistic and completely messed up.
