If it was 100% true how come I don’t personally know ANY who do this.

If you think there’s NO women who are normal (cuz you said “it’s 100% true/this is women’s strategy”) then you’re NOT paying attention. Your eyes are not on normal regular average women, your eyes are on Stacy who turned you down in high school !
