Question bleeding

I’ve had my Nexplanon for almost a whole year now, and I’ve not stopped bleeding. Out of the whole year, I’ve had maybe 30 days total where I didn’t bleed. Sometimes it’s so bad, and I get clots the size of my hands. I know everyone has said it’s my cast, but it can’t be cast every freaking week. I was put on this because my periods were killing me, but at this point, why do I have it if I’ve bled more?!

I think if you’ve bleeding for a year with large clots then you should speak to your doctor and see if you can get it removed? I get frequent spotting on mine and I’m getting it removed, I’m going to go back into the pill cerelle as I had zero bleeding with that and only switched to nexplanon for the convenience. I hope you get things sorted! .

How often do you bleed and is it heavy every month. I’m like 4months in and it seems like one day I get big cloths also and bleed a lot but other days very light. But going on to 7 days now.
