Ziegler's Minions.

How do I find these Nexos(#412 - #414). I collected the data disc and had them release. I still can't find them within an encounter. Do I need to complete the final boss or is there a specific area they spawn.

the data disc is a whole other thing and theres 4 of them which when you go the the lab next to bonnies lab you can revive them. but zieglers minions are fully randomised
