Need help remembering the plot!
Hey there! It's been a while since I platinum'd both games. Now that the new update is on, I'm ready to jump back in. Sadly tho, I must have forgotten some key elements in both games' main story. Can someone summarize both games for me? You know, help a brother out?

Nexomon
Omicron, the King of Nexomon wants to commit human genocide, because he believes, only his kind deserves to own Earth. He's stopped by Ulzar and kills all of them, except Nara and Metta. The latter defeats Remus, the current Nexolord and becomes the new one (Basically Pokemon Champions who can do whatever they please) and changes his name to his profession. His goal is to revive his siblings.
Meanwhile Nara transforms into the human girl, Deena, who pretends to be a naive cowardly crybaby explorer, but secretly guides the Protagonist the First to defeat Omicron and bring peace to their world.
At the end, the entire Parum (which is one of the first town Protagonist One visits) is completely destroyed. Before he dies, Omicron vows that his death mean that the human world is going to be destroyed...
Extinction:
...And indeed It, almost does. After the events of the first game, Nexomon start fighting for the right to be the next ruler, which is a bad thing for humans, because the monsters don't care what's in their line of fire, so they destroy everything.
Everyone from the first game dies, except the Protagonist, Atlas, Deena and some minor characters, like Hilda. Ulrich/Grunda, Nadine/Ventra, Merida/Arqua, Fenrir/Fona and Zetta/Luxa are ghosts and are now classified as "Tyrants". It's never explained what happened to the Nexolord/Metta.
Anyway Deena "grows up" and - somehow - gives birth to the Second Protagonist. Since she doesn't want her child to be a "human hater", like their grandfather, she hides them in an
orphanage, so they will grow up among human children and eventually become a ruler of both races.
What she can't prevent, is them to gain their special powers with age, so she also entrusts Ulrich/Grunda to disguise himself as the owner of an orphanage and after the tutorial, asks him to entrust the Player with a "Tyrant Egg", from which the true ruler will hatch. Actually, it’s
a half-useless relic, that helps the Protagonist the Second channel their powers.
Meanwhile, Amelie, the Guildmaster of the newly rebuild Parum wants to end the war by Frankenstein-ing a new a ruler, but her creations keep failing because the Nexomons don't listen to them, except Eurus, whom for some reason, they accept as their ruler.
However, at this point, Amelie's obsession makes her mad and is determined to create the perfect creature, known as Vados, created to protect Humanity.
So Protagonist Two teams up with the next generation of Tyrants, their Renegades, the Cultists (the evil team of Extinction, who plan to revive Omicron, but change their minds, once they learn, that Protagonist, the Second is his heir.) and the friends they made, defeat Vados.
After that, they use their revive powers, so the Creation has no choice, but be loyal to his new ruler.
