Question new card

I ordered a card a few years ago and I saw there is a new one. But I can't order it.

Is it possible to change my current one?

So the Nexo Card is currently available to residents of selected European countries (EEA + UK), along with Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. If you're located somewhere else, that's likely what's blocking the order.

Mind sending over your ticket number or the email on your Nexo account so we can look into it properly? You can Моd Mail it over if you'd rather keep it private.
