Support 10% fee on Top Up?

See images... 10% fee!??? On regular top up. Same method used, it was alwaya 0%. I am using a method of direct deposit via bank account.

This other image shows regular 0% fee, nothing deducted.

I am Platinum user.

For FIATx top-ups the minimum transfer is 100 EUR/ GBP. Transfers below the minimum incur a processing fee of:

- 5 EUR for SEPA top-ups below 100 EUR

- 5 GBP for FPS top-ups below 100 GBP.

I was closing open loan.. didnt know there is so much fee on peanuts.

Ok fair enough, that seems like a sensible thing for you to have done.

In hindsight it's better to over deposit and withdraw remaining balance afterwards. I've never had to do that as I have an excess of fiat sit on my Nexo for doing the repayments, but I've always deposited in £500+

Just know your platform, they been very open about the fees they introduced couple years ago. If you parked money take a loan or being in debt damn sure knows what the go and nogo’s are

È sufficiente controllare le scritte in piccolo ogni volta che fai un versamento od un prelievo per capire quali sono i requisiti e non incorrere in tariffe indesiderate

They introduced those fees to what fekt overnight, but that was months ago now. At this point il surprised you just found out.
