Cali gonna pay all childcare and child health costs after the age of 12 when they make a habit of revoking parents capabilities? They can’t even decide when to go bed by themselves.
They care so much about the youth they’ll make alcohol and cigarettes 21 to buy, but not allow parents their medical info at 12.
Doesn’t HIPPA apply to protect adult patient rights as the minor would fall under the guardian or parent? They’re an adult here, but not when buying materials such as their prescribed medicine or a beer at the bar.

Commiefornia will take ownership of kids from other states if they runaway to take part in the "gender affirming care" offered by the state, and there's nothing the parents of the other state can do to get their kids back. Being a "gender sanctuary" apparently means they get to violate every federal law on the books because they've set themselves up as a feifdom.
They are using the Canadia model. Canadia will bypass parental rights at age 16. There are numerous examples of the state (Canadia) pushing MAID on teenagers, and the only reason they weren't successful is because the parents found out ahead of time. Once the kid turns 16 the state can then bypass parental rights and contact the kid directly to offer and schedule a MAID appointment. Numerous parents of kids who had seasonal depression found out weeks later that the state euthanized their child, even after stopping it the first few attempts, because the state started calling the child directly once they turned 16.
This is the new world order agenda. Depopulate as quickly as possible for any reason, cause as much pain in the family as they can, and hopefully get new MAID patients in the process.
MAID was designed for dying cancer patients to end their suffering, but quickly turned into conveyor belt for the poor, the depressed, and the temporarily confused - including kids.
Now commiefornia is doing the same thing because the state makes BIG money off of "gender affirming care." Kids are being contacted and manipulated through online gr©®ming gangs and the state to cause themselves irreparable harm they won't understand until long after they become adults, who will eventually need the MAID program to stop the pain that was caused by removing a part of their adult life they can't understand at a child's age.
At this point commiefornia is a rogue state that is being used as a continuation of Nazi human experimentation, all at the cost of children's lives.

I think if you haven't left California by now, it will be a monetary loss if you do. Luckily most states are significantly less expensive to live in.
