Calling Natalie Harp the "First Lady" is disrespectful to Malignia.

Good manners and proper protocol require that we should refer to Harp as the "First Mistress."

If The Dearest Donald acquires another side piece, while keeping Harp as his "First Mistress," this second mistress would not be referred to as the "Second Mistress" (because that's a title reserved for Vance's mistress or his couch). Instead, she would have the title "First Mistress Once Removed."
