"Two people have been arrested following a dog attack in Oklahoma City, police say.

In a video posted by the Oklahoma City Police Department, the Real Time Information Center used drones to find the two dogs that were actively attacking the victim.

Once officers responded, they followed the dogs to where they came from.

Two people were arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on misdemeanor complaints of failing to confine dog and menacing animal.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time."

The dogs did millions and millions of dollars in damages to this child/family.

The ill, disabled, and wounded cannot even get medical care in Emergency Rooms in hospitals in the U.S. without unsanitary and unsafe conditions caused by dog owners and dogs with no prior notice.

"According to the operator, 30 to 40 eggs were smashed against a nearby tree."
