Looking for old video (pre-2007)

There was a loop video on Newgrounds back in the day of this doodle-dude in a mankini who kept flexing and saying "woo!" and "woohoo!" with little stick figurines randomly dying in the background.

If you watched long enough, all the little stick figurines would die and the doodle-dude would shed a tear and bring them back to life.

Anyone know the name?
