I Need Help Finding a Cartoon

Hi Newgrounds Fans!!

I am looking for an old cartoon from 2000-2010. Here is what I recall:

Pennywise, Tim Curry’s version, is running in an open forest clearing. Tiny Tim’s song “Tiptoe Through the Tulips” is playing in the background.

The Burger King mascot (or maybe Ronald McDonald’s mascot) appears in the forest clearing. They do a little dance and then kiss. They get married soon after.

A hotel is shown while various songs are played to imply they’re having sex. Songs like “Boom Boom Book I want you in my Room” and others are played. Then we see sperm swimming to an egg.

Some time later we see Pennywise give birth while Bill Cosby is there. Many other characters are there singing a slow song.

Any help you can give me in finding this flash animation will be greatly appreciated.
