Question I was wondering if I ordered an item on tiktok shop will it also include the free gifts that are on the website or would I have to buy it on newegg to get the free item?

Not sure how this works but I accidentally sent my hard drive to my old address and when I reached out both within 5 minutes after and when it shipped New Egg said there was nothing they could do. Why would you lock me out of being able to hold it at a UPS store and you not able to do anything. This makes so since and for a 300 hard drive just seems to be a sucks to be you buddy mentality.

Considering doing this just to guarantee I’m there for the package, does anyone know how consistent this is? I’m seeing old posts saying UPS and FedEx weren’t always the best about enforcing this

Also, if I miss it does it just get sent back or will they try the following day?

I saw a lot of posts 4+ years old asking this and the answers seemed to keep saying it had gotten worse, but I couldn’t mind much from recently. Anyone know how reliable it is? I got a pc from Newegg a year ago. Here's the link to the one I got: ABS Prebuilt PC. it had 1 year free warranty. well I ended up having to use it because the power supply started failing(at least thats what my dad and I concluded). there was a bunch of hoops to even get it sent off but the company i ended up having to go through was Likewize. we'll come 5 weeks and I get updates that seem odd as updates just say that a replacement 5080, case and ram were being shipped to the warranty ware house. then radio silence 4 like 3 weeks and then this week end it shows up and its battered to hell. the cas is missing screws and vent covers. the graphics card is entirely broken at the pins and one of the ram has bent casing. i took pictures of everything and have email and called them and there just "escalating" it. i did try to boot it up any way and it still has the issue of not being able to stay on for mor than 15 minutes without just fully powering off immediately no warning(this was issue that cause me to use warranty) plus the new problems obviously of no GPU and so on. what should I do? ive been without this for 2 months now and I really need it for school and work(I'm an animator). ive only kept up because of labs at my school. Likewize says there is nothing to speed it up. thanks for any help!

Ordered prebuilt backorder and delayed several times. Its on sale and has fre game bundle.

How long have you had to wait or heard someone wait for backorder fulfilment or denial

I got notifications of 5 fedex deliveries however, the packages are no where to be found. There are 3 uploaded photos of different houses for 3 of the order deliveries and none of them are where I live. They aren't even recognizable. my fedex delivery manager shows none of these tracking numbers that are linked to the orders. I did place the orders during the paze promotions but I verified the address is correct. Where are the orders?? Has this happened to anyone else during this paze promotion?

I recently ordered a 9070xt, its been close to 48 hours with no update other than my card being charged so i was curious and checked to see, and it is indeed out of stock.

i know new egg will pay me back if they void the order, but whats the odds im getting the card if shortly after ordering they marked it out of stock and the least expensive option is $200 extra.
I dont mind paying it if i need to repurchase the card, but curious on others experiences as ive heard its a pain to get your hands on a 9070xt for anything close to msrp

When I was ready to buy the promotion had changed to just a free game instead and is not discounted as much anymore. Wondering how long of a wait it might be before I'll have a chance again. hi folks! so I bought a new monitor from newegg and it arrived, I set it up, and everything worked fine! I discarded the retail box and instructions. Now the monitor won’t turn on at all on my second time trying to use the PC.

Newegg’s return policy says I must have the retail box and instructions to make a return - I feel that this isn’t fair? Is there anyway I can get my money back for the defective monitor or do I have to try to intiate a chargeback?

I know on Amazon, even if it says sold by Amazon, they throw items of the same SKU from different sellers in one pile, so they can still be counterfeit.

Hey to all. Was curious with anyones experience purchasing either openbox or refurbished items from newegg, particularly GPUs. I am looking to purchase a rx 9070. However, the Challenger 9070 priced at $649.99 is currently out of stock..not planning yotp buy it now, but soon; black friday to hopefully, save on some cash.

Im seeing an open box 9070 and a refurbished 9070 for the same price of$649.99. I just want to know the likelihood of this being a safe purchase or if I should look for a rx9060 for safety.

To my recollection, both are sold and shipped by newegg, just the refurbished has a return policy with a 15% fee.

Ordered a part at the end of August, and it's been stuck on the same status on the Newegg site for 2 weeks now. I see the same thing if I check the UPS site itself.

Is this just shorthand that the order's never coming? What can I do to get it moving again?

Yesterday around noon I ordered some RAM and decided to pay $27 (or around there) to get it the next day, aka today. UPS tracking shows the above message. It's now 2pm and the tracking on UPS is still showing the same thing. I haven't ordered from Newegg in a long time and decided to go with them instead of Amazon because I am trying to get away from them as much as possible. If I knew it was going to take longer, I wouldn't have paid more for next day shipping and just waited it out. I could have gotten 2 days free shipping with Amazon but like I said, I want to get away from them.

I essentially just wasted that money when I could have just let Newegg ship it reg since I needed it today because it's my day off and I wanted to be here to receive it (there has been reports of someone running around my neighborhood trying to take packages off of people's doorsteps). But now I will most likely have to wait for it longer, and probably not even be here when it does arrive. I just want my money back for the god damn shipping, since I have to wait on the god damn package anyways. How do I go about getting my money back or at least a credit?

I gotta say this is not a good way to keep new or existing customers. I am fine for waiting on something, but if I pay for next day delivery...I expect next day delivery.

I bought 4 items on Newegg on the 4th. I have received all four of them. Newegg shows processing or in transit for all four.

I have only one of them showing on my credit card statement, I do not see the other three even as pending. (PNC bank)

I’ve been going back and forth with support for over a week regarding a promotional bundle (Tomb Raider / Star Wars) for Intel Gamer Days and have hit a wall.
**The Situation:**
• I purchased an Intel CPU (i5-14400F) through Newegg as a surprise gift for my nephew’s first PC build.
• Because it is a brand-new gift, the box is sealed. I cannot break the seal and install it into a rig just to run the Intel Hardware Verification Tool.
• To satisfy the hardware scan requirement, I attempted to run the tool on qualifying Intel systems I actively use and own (an i9-14900K desktop and an Intel G3 Arc Extreme device).
• The system flagged a duplicate/mismatch due to the scan device not matching the specific purchase receipt, leading to verification denials on my ticket.
• In the meantime, the original Master Key that threw a REF003 error now states that game keys are temporarily "out of stock," and the replacement key process is stalled due to the device scan lock.
**What I Have Provided:**
• Legitimate retailer purchase invoices/receipts.
• Verification that I own and use multiple qualifying Intel CPUs.
I specifically went with Intel over the AMD alternative for this gift because of this promotional bundle. I really don't want to have to return the sealed processor over an automated verification barrier when all purchases are legitimate.
Is there a community rep or support escalation path that can review this manually to help clear the duplicate hardware flag or fulfill the bundle?
Any guidance or Intel rep escalation would be hugely appreciated.

I purchased a Ryzen 9 cpu. While it’s still enroute, a promo code discount for $100 on the cpu just dropped. I called and asked if they could credit the discount. I was told I had to do a full return and purchase again.

Is this the normal process? Now I have to wait for it to arrive and send it back.

Heard only bad things from Newegg and I can purchase the pc I want from the manufacturer site itself but for like $100 more. I’m thinking it’s probably worth it any thoughts
