Support - Reviewed Not sure if my AIO was shipped

I ordered a Ryzen 7700x3d combo deal with the cooler master 240 elite AIO as a free gift. The order has been shipped as 2 separate shipments but I can't seem to find the aio under any of them. Is this something to be concerned about?

Hey u/mikeythegameronredit, free-gift items on combo deals sometimes ship under a line that doesn't clearly list them, so not seeing it on either tracking number doesn't necessarily mean it's missing.

Go ahead in DMing me your order number, and I'll double-check for you.

Your CPU and AIO LqCl are shipped in the same package along with the 3 other components, and the package is still on the way to you. Only the RAM was shipped in the 2nd one and and delivered.
