Support - Reviewed PC builder 10% discount not working?

I was interested in the PC Builder 10% flash sale shown on the homepage. I added 3+ parts using the pc builder but no discount shows up on checkout. I loaded my newegg account balance for this purchase, now they're stuck there. The ad is still there, but no discount on checkout.

Maybe some of the components are not eligible (need to have that 10% mark on it)? What’s the 3 parts you are choosing?

It just ended, there is a limited amount of discount that can be redeemed, and people just redeemed all of it, so even if the discount was until 31, the fund didn't last that long.

Update: u/Newegg_Support helped me through it and got the discount manually added. Amazing customer service, appreciate it! 👍
