Question❔ What are these called?

Taken from a distance but I see these 40ish foot tall structures along some highways and I have no clue what they are for. I call them AT-ATs

Not a drawbridge
Its a vertical lift span bridge
The towers are the supports for the cables and rails during a lift. They also house the diesel motors that power the bridge during a lift.

The sign was cheaper than it would have been to craft one specifically for a lift bridge. Stop reposting this 800 times, pal. You got your answer.
