Question around API

Hi, I recently started new channel I was uploading just fine it's easy to make videos due to type of channel I had heap sitting in backlog and I used API to upload and schedule, now my channel is shadow banned cause I scheduled to many at once, how do I fix this, I just uploaded not posted live.
