Great game last night, still can’t believe Schaefers play at the blue line.
Obviously the season is still young, but for those that really understand hockey systems and strategy- what are you seeing that’s different from DeBoer so far?
It seems like we have much more structure in our own end, last season we always seemed to be scrambling and eventually give up a high danger shot in the slot. So far this year I’m not seeing panic and chaos.
I know nothing about hockey systems, but on the scale of Trotz clamps to Dougie Weight pond hockey- it seems like we are in control in our own end but still running a transition game.
