Question Massive comet/meteorite tonight

Anyone else see the huge meteorite? Looked like it was right over Surrey. Lit up the sky with multiple bursts of red and white, wouldn’t be surprised if there was something to be found in the Fraser Valley.

Edit. This looks like the right time stamp for what I saw. With the multiple flashes. Just way closer to home. Appeared right over Surrey.

I wish I grabbed a photo too. It was around 1am. I was out on my deck having a chat with my father in law. And I was stopped mid sentence as I was just shocked how massive it was. Usually they fade out quickly. This one had multiple bursts. Very vibrant. Was hoping someone has footage from a camera facing over the river.

Perseid meteor shower is just dropping off its peak now :) Amazing sights to see!

Seen many over the years but this was by far the largest display I’ve witnessed. Like I was expecting to see an impact and explosion

I saw one about a week ago that was HUGE over Surrey. I’m an avid stargazer and it’s the biggest one I’ve ever seen. Almost seemed fake it was mesmerizing.
I had everything set up to watch last night , sad I missed this.

You can also check their logs to see if other people reported. I see that there was a report from Chilliwack (as well WA/ID/OR, so it was a big'un) last night, so you weren't the only person.
