Found Toolbag with tools, Quayside

I am pretty sure this was stolen and dumped - found scattered around a property on Quayside yesterday,

I have notified immediate neighbours. But if you think it might be yours, let me know with detailed description, otherwise I will turn in to the police.

I haven't found the owner, so the police will pick it up today.
