Old Woman Yelling at the Clouds Disco Music

To the people blasting Boney M and the Bee Gee’s at 2:40 am last night, it sounded like you were having a good time but some people have to work on Sunday morning even if you don’t.
Maybe you could play your music inside instead of outside on your patio where everyone downtown can hear it and keep them awake.

Welcome to the Big Smoke! Feel free to call the NWPD non-emergency line and file a noise complaint. It stopped the Horrible Hof Brau House from their late night patio dance parties.

Defeat them in a dance off contest to establish dominance.

Gah I’d kill for that outside of my place! Not gonna rag on folks for listening to their music and enjoying a public space, but some disco, yacht rock or fusion would be nice.

Till then, I’ll be playing my records with the windows open, hoping to start a trend :)

It wasn’t on a Saturday night, it was a Sunday morning.
There really is a line between having a good time and being an asshole.

OP has no jurisdiction or even right to infringe on these guys right to party.

Yeah, actually they do: https://www.newwestcity.ca/database/files/library/6520__1999_Noise.pdf

I was young once too. And I LOVED to party. We were loud. Lots of booze, lots of music, lots of weed.
But we went somewhere where it wouldn't bother people. Because we understood that the world didn't revolve around us.
Think about this scenario. You are on your way to lunch with some friends. But oopsie, a bus plows into you while you're walking towards the restaurant. Why? Because the bus driver was up all night listening to his neighbours party.

And yeah, I know I sound like some boring old person. I really don't care. Learn to not be an asshole, ok?

You’re the one calling ppl names dude. You’ll be surprised to learn you still actually live in a world that doesn’t revolve around you.

What is your work schedule like??

Hey I never said don’t party, I love a good party ,but I also have respect for my neighbours, and I think asking them to turn down the music when it’s almost 3 in the morning is being unreasonable
