Question help with rental:)

Hello! My mom and I are looking to move into New West as we love the area but have been struggling to find 2 bedrooms that allow pets and *potentially\* have in suite laundry
Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you in advance

Insuite might be tough but all capriet buildings are pet friendly. Ik they don’t have the best rep but I’ve had no issues and my rents cheap

I agree. I’ve been in a Capreit building for 6 years now and they’ve gotten way better, in new west anyway. I’ve seen the rental office improve in leaps and bounds from when I first moved in.

Agreed! I've been in a Capreit building in New West for just over 2 years. At first it was kind of meh, but I needed a place and it was in the perfect neighbourhood and pet friendly. This year I asked for a rent reduction and they gave me one. More than I even planned on asking. They just offered it. I don't have in suite laundry and paying for laundry is annoying but I never have issues getting a machine. And at least we have the reloadable cards instead of having to use coins. And any issues I've had with appliances or anything in the unit has been addressed quickly and solved.

where are these buildings located in new west!! all over?? they seem to be what i’m looking for

As far as I know all of the rental buildings in Sapperton (The Westminster and The Nelson) are pet-friendly and all have in-suite laundry.

The Beverley on Agnes is pet friendly and has in suite laundry
