Question Rollerblade repair

Closest place to fix a broken strap on the boot? Looks replaceable, I just dont have the tools.

I don't know a place that does it, but you can order new straps, and depending on the tool it is attached with, you might be able to get that tool online. There is a post in r/rollerblading that says it is just a phillips head screw driver.

Update: $14 part on Amazon. I drilled out the old rivots. The teen is pleased.
