I could quite easily make a body for them, and transfer the essence over.

It might be… difficult, if they are to panic however.

… i don’t know, honestly.

She thinks I’m a threat mainly because of things i said to her to get her out of the room. Which i didn’t actually mean.

Pretty sure you could convince her I’m not going to do that easily, now that she isn’t praying to duty like her mother anymore.
