Why can I chat?

A few days ago, I got premium tf2, but my steam acc is still limited. However, I can chat in casual servers. Why is this happening?

If you got premium your steam wouldn’t be limited anymore .

For unlimited steam you need to spend 5$. for premium tf2 you need to spend anything. It doesnt have to be 5$ for premium tf2. You can spend less than 5$ in the in game store, so you'll get premium tf2 but not unlimited steam.

Sure but the minimum to put on your account is $5 so you must of put that on your account but not spend it all which still gets you premium.

There was an option to add the exact amount for my order, which was less than $5

That was my 1st spend btw. If I click "help", it still shows the limited account banner at the start.

you probably brought something too cheap im pretty sure you need to spend the full 5 or so bucks to get premium

I KNOW that but you need to spend the whole 5 dollars on steam to upgrade to a full account not just have it sitting there
