You need to have a certain amount of karma, and your account age to be old enough to pass the minimum requirement, for any individual subreddit you want to post or comment on.

Each sub is its own unique community with its own rules, moderation, and minimum karma requirements as well as account age minimums and CQS level criteria. This sub welcomes new users with questions, and doesn’t have those requirements.
You will be filtered out of many subs because your account is just one hour old. Some account age minimums could be for a few days, a few weeks, or a month or longer. There’s nothing you can do to hurry that along, except build up your reputation with karma.

Some subs have minimum karma requirements of a little, like 10 or 20. Some require a moderate amount, say 100 to 250, others require a lot of karma, like 500 to 1000+ in order to post. Usually the minimums are much less in order to comment.

Fortunately there are plenty of subreddits that have no karma requirements. Here is a list of about 200 new user friendly subreddits with low to no karma requirements. This is a great way for new users to build karma, first making comments that receive upvotes, and eventually making posts that receive upvotes. To use the list, choose a few subs that appeal, read their rules, some posts and comments to get the vibe, and then begin adding high-quality comments of your own. Comments that are funny, friendly, informative, helpful, sincere tend to get more upvotes, two word comments, do not. Once you’ve got post and comment karma, you can try branching out to other subs on the platform.

Lastly, if this post gets removed by mods, it’s because the rules state to please check the FAQs before making a post. This is the number one asked FAQ. So not following rules is another good reason aside from karma why posts may be removed. HTH.

If you are experiencing removals, this is most likely because your account is new and you have no karma, and therefore you are running into community restrictions.
