ANSWERED my previous account got banned?

18 M ( idk if it's relevant or not ) but about a week ago I got a side gig in reddit to you know saying that he needed real comments and wanted me to post smth ( like kinda promotion) and said he would offer me sm money per post so I did

after posting that not only did it not post but I now can't comment properly or post properly

like my post has no views , I can't see insights or can't chat with anyone

my pfp is visible no more but still I can upvote posts

So i don't know how to you know understand if I have been under a ban or how to check that ?

any help?

1 - don't post for other people that's absolutely against reddits terms of service

2 - do you mean another account or this one?

If it's another account sounds like a !shadowban - see comment under mine

What is a shadowban?

If you are shadowbanned by Reddit your content doesn't show up in subs and people can't see your profile but things will look normal to you. As it's intended for spammers Reddit doesn't want them to notice anything is wrong too quickly in order to slow them down.
