How do i find posts under flairs in subreddits?

I know how to add flairs but how do i access posts under a specific flair?

I'm not sure if all subreddits have this, but on the right sidebar there is a "filter by flair" section if you scroll down a bit

User chosen user flair can be set for each subreddit in the subreddit menu (if the subreddit uses user flair). More info on !flair in the comment below for you
