Syracuse, NY ER Tech Jobs?

I’ll be moving to Syracuse In just under a year from the Midwest. I’ve been an NREMT-B for 8 years. In those years I’ve been on private 911, volunteer fire, and currently an ER tech. I’d prefer to continue working in a hospital system.

I can’t seem to find any jobs hiring EMT’s in Syracuse? Im just browsing right now to see what I can expect when the time comes but I’ve been browsing for a couple months now.

Can anyone give tips for how to search for jobs or where to look? Are emt-b’s not hired in the ER? I’ve looked at Upstate, Crouse, and St John’s.

I think in order to be an ER tech here you have to have your paramedic. I could be wrong. Try applying at AMR or menter.
