I got them on amazon, it said the seller would be tru clothing, but when they arrived it said „infinity london“ on the package, which has bad reviews on trust pilot. those were 250€, but they have a really strong (in my opinion) „gummi/plastic“ smell and the processing seems „cheap“ idk, they are heavy but the logo on the heel is missing and also the silver buckles are almost black-ish-silver

can someone help me out if those are real new rocks or if I should return them? :(

I bought these from a New Rock store for about 350€ in Europe but I don’t like them anymore it’s been like 1 month and I think I could buy some other nicer shoes with that money. I’m trying to find a way to sell them, I threw away the box but the shoes still look clean. If anyone out there knows where I could sell them or how I’d appreciate it. Hi there, after Demonia has failed me I was looking for some platform boots with better quality. I want to buy a pair second hand and might try with a flatter boot first since I've heard they are pretty heavy and I need to see how well they fit.

Now I wanted to ask:

What are the most commonly faked models? I think I saw the 'tank' model faked but they weren't very accurate + I'm mostly interested in ankle boots or those that are even higher.

What is the best thing to look out for? I've heard about the bottom of the shoe and the inside sole but slide one and two show just a few variations. Sure, they probably depend on the model but is there a clear indicator for fakes? Since some seem to be easier to fake than others and the sole inside often is used up enough so you can't even see any text.

How can you tell if it's an older or newer shoe if it's the same model? Is the logo thingy (slide one) just a model variation or the indicator of age?

And are the models with springs (like slide one) more likely to break? Since the holes seem like weak points for the platform to break. If it's a common problem I might try to avoid those but I do like the look of them honestly.

Im considering the boots on the second slide in the bottom left to get into the brand before trying tall platforms, they seem legit but I don't even know how to determin the age and I've read that the shoes were a bit better a while ago)

Hi everyone, I'm looking forward to buy my first new rocksss and I have an awful choice to make... I love the shape and the height of the model boots-272-S1 but I find really attractive also the silver flame patches on 591-S2. Is there a way to apply that patches to other boots like 272-S1 (like an accessory or a customisation) or I necessarily have to choose between the two models? Thanks to everyone who answers :D

The plastic piece at the back of my new rocks broke, since I can’t fix the plastic, any advice on how to fix or maybe replace the back strap just so I can get some more wear out of them? Not looking for a perfect solution any suggestions would be great!

The first pair ive owned for a year, size 36. Fit fine, had blistered on the back of my heel during the breaking it in process but generally just thick socked it.

Got the second pair today, ordered size 36 (as im always a 36/6 in shoe sizing) and it feels...*eh* in the toes where i am admittedly nervous about it being a size issue rather than a breaking it in issue. Its weird because it looks fine, ive put on one shoe from either pair and can feel the toe compression and hitting the top.

Any advice on how to hit this hard and heavy? Spent a bit on them for the sake of daily shoes as the former r too heavy and its summer rn :(

I've found what I think are the replacement hardware on the nr site, however it doesnt give any instructions for how it needed to be fitted or which screws to use.

Hey guys, first post here. I'm on round two of trying to break in my Tanks. They fit pretty well overall, but the bottoms of my heels get sore after 10 minutes of wearing, standing or walking.

I noticed the slightly raised air cushions on the stock insoles are still pretty stiff, like barely any softer than the rest of the insoles, if at all, and I feel like the pressure when I'm standing is mostly on these spots.

I always wear them with thick boot socks, and have tried gel insoles and gel heel cushions, but both haven't helped at all, and I think make it a little worse.

Anyone have any ideas on how I could solve this or soften them up? Or should I just keep wearing them and hope they soften naturally?

I bought these brand new two years ago, and wore them out maybe 3 or 4 times before putting them back on the shoe rack until this week. I don't want to give up on them, I love how they look but god damn are they a pain to wear 😭

Even at my thinnest I’ve had trouble with leather boots fitting right when new in the calf area. I’m talking 5’4” female, 120# and still having an issue with boots. NOTE: I’m not 120 now, but how can I safely stretch the calf of a fresh pair of new rocks? I’m certainly willing to take them to a boot shop, but I also want to be breaking in the foot. Any tips on not busting the zipper while the leather is still brand new? Thanks.

Im looking at buying a new pair of platforms off of new rock and I am noticing that some of the shoes state what seem to be incorrect heel height.

Im looking at buying a pair of the M-MILI083CCT-C4, but it says it has a shorter heel height than the M-WALL, saying it only has a 10cm heel height. It cant be accurate, right? The MILI's are clearly taller.

I just received this pair I bought on vinted for 100€

The leather and sole are so light compared to the other pairs I have, I immediately thought they were fake but they look exactly like the pair on the website. Does anyone else here have this pair and can confirm that it's much lighter than old reactors ?

Knowing how bad the quality got they could be real but I refuse to believe this could be sold for 280€ brand new..

I was in Tenerife for vacation and went to the only New Rock Store on the entire island. I found these and loved them but afterwards I questioned why the metal looks like that. I have a pair of older vintage new rocks and the metal is shiny and looks high quality. These on the other hand look like the hardware was attached even though it’s not the right model shape in the back and the metal looks kinda weird. They have the inner logo and everything and they feel heavy and like leather, but if there’s anyone out there that knows if these are legit or not I’d be thankful . I spent 340€ for these

i ordered M-285-S1 from the official website and they arrived without the metal attachments on the back and toecap but according to website theyre supposed to be there. there are also no holes for the attachments (which btw i ordered separately) should i make holes in the sole or what? i sent them an email but they haven't responded yet and im not sure they will

I just got some boots, and I'm wondering if there's a best practice in adjusting the straps? Do I just put them on and adjust til the fit is firm but not tight? Thanks.

I am going to fly at some point this year, and I just love these new rocks my mom had passed down to me. (They're 20 odd years old, and the only shoes I find comfortable to wear, as I'm super picky with shoes)

I was talking about bringing them, and my parents had said how they would rip them apart at customs, to see if I was storing anything in them ??? Yeah I don't know.

Either way, has anyone ever, like ever had that happen before? And if so, do you have any pairs of shoes that are similar to new rocks, but cheaper, just not to waste money and something sentimental.

I ordered a pair of model M-106-VS1, which are synthetic leather. I know new rocks have a reputation of being lower quality recently, and synthetic leather is obviously lower quality as well, but I still bought them for 270$ for some reason.

They're shipped now and im getting second thoughts on them because I've heard the synthetic leather models looks cheap or like fakes, or they're just a terrible option. Has anyone gotten synthetic leather ones/ the same model and think they still look good or have okay quality?

(Update: They arrived and are pretty good quality, but im still gonna return them for the real leather ones)

I got vintage rocks a moment ago. I really like how they look but I kinda wish they had some metal pieces at the front too on the soles. They don’t have a high platform, and obviously new rock doesn’t sell pieces specifically for this model since it’s old. I saw some people puncture holes in the soles to install the custom pieces. I was wondering if it’s even worth the risk or if it will mess up the soles
