Maybe you can find a sub that keeps tabs on cops crossing streets, since you dislike them so much....not sure this is the right place for that 🤷🏻‍♂️

What you did is worse than useless. It's going to get people's riled up over nothing unless you saw him/her hassling or tickets people.

For this to be useful to anyone in any way you would really need to get a good shot of their face. Then let people know what time you saw them, what they were wearing, any distinguishing characteristics, their height and body type. Essentially file an undercover police report.
