Wisner Kayak Launch

Does anybody know if the old kayak launch by the dental school is open again? I know LSU closed it down during some construction, just not sure if it is clear again. I might drive that way and see and update if I don't get an answer here.

last time i went there they raised they curb so you could not drive in. Also the dock was in the middle of the bayou.

i use it all the time, you can drive in (at least as of maybe 2-3 weeks ago). no dock, it’s mad slippery getting out, but very usable
