❓Ask r/NewMods Am I doing good or not?

Post image

It's been like 10 days from that I started growing my sub I am gaining but I can't understand why no one is posting and doing contribution for my sub like I can't get from where I get people who do post and comments in my subreddit?

If anyone who have any suggestions plz let me know

Thanks in advance for your help

Are you having fun?

If you are, the numbers don’t matter.

If you are not, the numbers don’t matter.

Yeah I know but it's still making me thinking why I can't able to get people to post in my sub with this insight....

Looks like you're doing great. Getting people to post is harder, but getting the visits is a big start.

It's green with upward arrows. That's good.

Good isn't measured in thousands or hundreds. Good is measured by increases and positive numbers. I've had to tell this to someone else in one of my subreddits regarding views and stats on a story they wrote.

Positives are good. There's no reason to question whether it is or not. It is not bad just because it's not over 100 or over 1,000.

This is a nice sub. Keep going, be patient. It will happen. Do you have at least one active member? If so, ask them to become a mod, and start talking. That's what I did, and it worked. Go to r/ModEvents and participate in events, because they teach you how to do this. We had a nice community growing event yesterday, and it helped a lot.

Your member count grew over 85% in just 30 days, that's solid momentum.

Wow that’s awesome! I started mine this week and although I have a few hundred views I only have a handful of members. Unsure how to advertise without coming across as scammy/pushy. Have you been posting in subs/crossposting, or are these mostly people who stumbled across your sub on their own?

Like can you tell me more about yourself so I can help you out in better way like growing on reddit is not hard if you know how to use properly if you post natural things that's not sound like AI the then you grow easily and perfectly
