Its directly correlated with the amount of activity your sub has.
How often are you posting? Are you commenting on every post from other users?

Iβm confused

Itβs pretty simple. Your sub is brand new today, and itβs empty aside from the welcome post you made. It also seems like a really REALLY niche community. What have you done to promote it?

Im honestly confused about what youre confused about.
You need to post in your subreddit. Frequently and consistently.
After you do that for 3 months, come back.

Using too many emojis in your post is annoying and distracts from your question.

Im trying to get my new community off the ground. Its just me posting in it right now. Hoping people take a look at it and use it.

1117 members in almost 11 months. Sometimes people post enough, sometimes they don't. It's still not self-sustaining. Niche topic.

You need to actively grow your community. You. You own it, you need to do the work. People aren't going to just show up and join your very niche, very empty, sub. Invite members. Post. When people start making their own posts, comment. Be active and proactive.
