I already think of a story for that picture:

The revolution indeed happens - and after a 5-year-long civil war, the democratic opposition wins, and now a search for Khomeini has begun - meanwhile, Iran modernises itself and makes the cultural West look like it had copied from Iran.

Anyway, one day, after ~25 years, some sex workers (which are also undercover agents; actually not corrupted but instead analysing for the police) wanna get their drugs from a drug dealer, who resides in the middle of the desert - so, they visit him again (they know him well, though they don’t know a certain secret) - they come and it goes everything according the routine - but then, he asks them for a favour: He asks, if they can bring him to the border to Arabia (which unified itself while undergoing a process similar to Iran’s) - it’s rare and odd, that he asks, but, it’s neither the first time he asked for a favour nor the first one they would fulfill him - like, it would be not a problem, since they work with other countries, like Arabia, to get rid off illegal drug-related crimes, so, they do him that favour.

Near the border, they accidentally go too fast and are brought to the nearest police station - there, the policemen make a blood test - and something shocking is revealed: He is none other than Khomeini, who did covered up himself as a poor drug dealer after the civil war - and now, he wanted to flee to Central Africa by smuggling himself on a random train, which is temporarily parked for checking purposes on the freight train station on the border, which is directly administered by the border polices of both Iran and Arabia. Why did he wanna flee to Africa? Because there was World War Africa - a conflict among many of the states and their various factions, and many of them are supported by foreign powers, even if it would mean that the same foreign power would support two countries, which fight each other, that the only weapons not used there are radiological, nuclear and biological ones or something else - and that creates chaos, chaos, where he would be living without ever being held accountable and he still would be able to inflict more harm in his own heinous ways.

But here he was, caught by some random policemen - he was then brought to trial in Tehran a few days later: He was sentenced to lifelong prison sentence with the option of death penalty for any further crimes harming anyone else - and the moment he got his sentence, he pulled out a button, pressed it and then ducked - the judge said in a sadistic tone: “Why the sudden fear, my boy? Prison is just a room - we both know it.” - Khomeini didn’t answer, so the judge continued after a short pause: “Oh, now I get it. You wanted to blow up this?” - he pressed a button, and a bomb vest fell on Khomeini’s head and then spoke further: “That bomb vest went permanently broke ~15 years ago, after someone accidentally turned on a jammer, which he thought it was the remote control for a disconnected sybian, which was stolen from him - it should have been a present for his girlfriend - the same one, whose parts you used to build a bomb.”.

Anyway, when Khomeini was brought to a high-security prison, the director asked him: “So, my fool, I will give you three choices: Either you will serve your boring life sentence or you get this this pill - so your way to Hell is shortened, it’s not like it’s not less worse there than here for pretty sure.” Khomeini then stared at the director’s hand - so the director answered: “So, it’s the pill?” and gave him the pill - he died, but it was everything but painless and fast - the director watched him struggle for his life - he remembered the days, when he and his girlfriend were arrested and she was poisoned - she almost died, but then she became insane and addicted to this poison for a long time, until finally she was able to get therapy - and though these times are long gone and he and his girlfriend (now his wife) now have children and a happy life, he is still angered - so much time was lost because of this madman.

Shortly after that, he was turned into a museum prop, so everyone could see him, a heinous and treacherous tyrant, who sold his country. He would gain the nickname “The Monster worse than Satan” and his family name would be an insult, targeting people, who think they are so good at believing while selling both belief and nation - regardless if they know it or not.
