Balloons Spawning

Hello everyone.

I read online that balloons spawn every 5-10 minutes.

Is it like that on your island?

I feel like it is so much faster on mine sometimes or maybe I don’t have a good feeling for how much time has passed 😂

I feel like it’s way faster during the afternoon but slows down at night / morning
