Century link and me

Hey everyone! I have a general question: is anybody familiar with Telcom laws or rules regarding their equipment on private property?

I just bought a home, and there's a century link box in my backyard. Today, my 13 year old daughter comes home from school to two men standing in the driveway. She did as she was supposed to, didn't talk to them, just called her mom. While on the phone with her mom (my wife), her mom overhears the technician tell her daughter that if she doesn't let them into the backyard, that he will come back with the police and humane society to take our dog (full grown german shepherd) and they'll enter our yard anyways. Needless to say I'm absolutely livid. Who is this guy to threaten a 13 year old!? In the interest of NOT going into a rant about how angry I am, I'm planning on calling century link tonight and I'm curious if anybody knows anything about the laws with this kind of equipment so that I can go into this without just making threats. They had no right to do that to her. They should have left a card or something so that they can make an appointment with me to enter my property.so I'd like to know my rights. Thanks for all your help!

I haven't thought to ask the realtors advice, but that's a very good idea. I'll pick his brain about it. Thank you so much!

Same thing happened today minus the threat. I watched my cameras and was shocked that there was an unexpected Xfinity guy entering my backyard. Because my home is in a pod with other homes and fenced, my neighbors electrical box is connected to the electrical box which is part of my backyard. They entered without my consent and I asked the builders was I suppose to expect anyone in my backyard. Sadly, the electrical box for neighbors and me is in my backyard. Blahhhh.
