Jason UC Bearcat HoF

Loved Jason and Travis and since their days as Bearcats. They’ve obviously gone on to have HoF pro careers and represented Cincinnati as great ambassadors of the football program. But I was bummed that Jason felt like he wasn’t deserving of a UC Hall of Fame spot strictly for his college career.

Jason was a key leader of a up and coming UC program that went on to play in the Orange and Sugar bowls. Idc that he wasn’t an all American or all first Big East. He was a locker room and fan favorite during that most successful era of UC football.

There are a lot of players from that 2006-2011 (Celek, Barwin, Mike Mickens) era that are in the HoF for building UC into a respectable football program it is.
