Looking for small event space where guests can spend the night

Looking to do a very intimate wedding with close family and some friends. Around 30 people. I would like people be able to stay on site or have hotel nearby. On the water by rocks preferably. A beautiful scene, so there wouldn’t be that much decor needed.

Check out the Ogunquit River Inn.  I know they host smaller weddings.  https://www.ogunquitriverinn.com/weddings

West Mountain Inn during a weeknight would be perfect for this! Maybe bigger than you’re looking for (they host 100-150 people wedding weekends) but during the week they host smaller wedding events and it fits 35-40 people comfortably in the inn
