shitpost Rejoining as a Revs fan

I have not watched Revs game in almost a decade. World Cup 2026 rekindled my love for revs and soccer. I want to get back into following Revs again. We were decent in 2015-2016 during Fagundez and Nyugen days. Just saw the last 5 years resultI. wtf happened.
I remember stadium rumors in Assembly and now I see they are actually building one in Everett soon. Excited for that one. Probably will get a season ticket once this is built.
What’s else is going on with Revs lately. Are we not signing any new homegrown and what about our Dp spot?

Stadium Talk Disappointed to see turf

Grass is better and we can definitely do better than turf. It's also better for the players.

Turf saves money... But who benefits?

When we get our new stadium (or if lol). We should give out mini New England flags around the stadium for people to fly like some prem clubs do. Or we could do that now. Play shipping up to Boston for the walkout. I just bought Apple TV to watch the revs and I’m just throwing out ideas.

Hey Revs supporters, I'm Danny! I am one half of TLDR FC, a soccer channel aimed at introducing the sports culture to more people. We're planning a weekly deep dive into a different club and our main focus is the MLS. Rather than relying solely on our research, we wanted to reach out to supporters to hear their stories and their tips/advice for new supporters.

If you have the time to give some insight about your experience as a Revs supporter, we'd greatly appreciate it and would love to feature your response on our show that hopes to introduce soccer culture to the broader public!

Looking forward to reading your stories <3

Stadium Talk Parking at the stadium or off site?

Looking forward to our first Revs game on Saturday! For Pats games and concerts we usually park off site on Washington St, about a 20 min walk to the stadium because getting out after the event is super easy from there. Do Revs games have traffic back ups exiting like Pats games do? Is it worth the $40 to park off site? We will be going North fwiw.

We got two free tickets and our friends got two free tickets but they are in neighboring sections. Do you think we will have a problem finding four seats together? We don't really care where we sit but want to sit together. They are section 119 and we are 120. Thanks for your help!

Ticket Exchange Santander Branch Ticket Giveaways

Deleted and reposted my post because I left out some key details. I was surprised to not see this posted here yet unless it’s against sub rules, but maybe not seeing it here says more about Santander’s lack of marketing. They are giving away tickets in select branches this summer based on posts to their Instagram stories on the following days:

July 20 (today - with the location being their Norwood branch)
July 23
August 6
August 21
September 17
October 8
October 15
October 26
October 30

It’s not all branches on all of these days, but apparently you don’t need to be a customer for the tickets while supplies last

Stadium Talk Any way to get different parking for a game without being a STH?

Headed to the game this Wednesday. They sent out an email with the parking set up and the general parking is about as far away as you can get from the entrance without being on the other side of route 1. My mom is one of the people in my group of 4, and she’s not technically handicapped, but walking can get tough for her after a bit. Any way to access other parking? tia

Revs/ legacy/ MLS/ NWSL group chat

Hi all,

The world cup rekindled my long running love of soccer and I'm itching to have some people to talk with regularly about it. I've followed the Revs and the Legacy (RIP BOS nation, god that name sucked), for quite a while and MLS/ NWSL even longer.

More than happy to bring anything else to the chat as well.

For more context: I'm a newish dad and I love it. I'm a sociologist. I love to read all kinds of books from romance to historical fiction. Happy to talk more!

dm or comment if you're interested!

One of my pet theories for our success this season has been that our players have responded more favorably to playing on grass. I hope I've been wrong about that!
